1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Aligned Athlete website, client portal, booking system, and any services purchased through it. By creating an account, booking a session, purchasing a membership, or using any part of the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

2. Services description

Aligned Athlete provides performance, mobility, recovery, and mindset-performance coaching services for athletes, executives, and high-performing individuals. Sessions may be delivered in person or remotely via phone or video call. The specific format, duration, and location of each session are confirmed at booking.

All services are coaching and wellness services. They are not medical care, physical therapy, psychotherapy, or mindset-health treatment. See our Medical Disclaimer for more.

3. Online purchasing agreement

Payments and subscriptions are processed through our integrated payment provider (Stripe). When you complete a purchase on this site, you authorize the charge for the selected product or subscription plan. Prices are displayed in US dollars unless stated otherwise.

• Single sessions are one-time purchases. You may book your session after payment is confirmed.
• Memberships are recurring subscriptions billed monthly until cancelled. Memberships include a set number of session credits per month as described on the membership page.
• Credits are non-transferable and expire if not used within the membership window, unless otherwise stated.
• Consultations are offered as a no-charge introductory call. They do not include hands-on treatment or diagnosis.

4. Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full at our discretion.

Refunds for single-session purchases are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Memberships can be cancelled at any time through your client portal or by contacting us; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period. No-shows are not eligible for refund or credit.

5. Client conduct and safety

You agree to provide accurate health, injury, and contact information, and to inform us of any condition that could affect your safety during a session. You are responsible for choosing a safe environment for remote sessions and for stopping any activity that causes pain or discomfort. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for unsafe, abusive, or fraudulent behavior.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including articles, videos, tutorials, and library materials, is owned by Aligned Athlete or licensed for use. Client-facing library content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or publicly share paid or members-only content without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aligned Athlete and its practitioners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Boston, Massachusetts.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
